5) Abstract for article 5

This article discusses how the music industry is suffering from social networking sites providing music (i.e. MySpace having profiles for musicians sampling their music) and teens illegally downloading music. '43pc of those questioned are downloading tracks illegally, up from 36pc last year.' This was taken from the '1,700 13-60 year-olds questioned'. In addition, with the percentage of the amount of teens that are illegally downloading music, the percentage of legal downloads have dropped. Mr Hart, chief executive of Entertainment Media Research, states that this is because these teens see the music too expensive.
